This third-floor gulf front condominium on the lighthouse end of Sanibel is the pick of the litter. B302 has two bedrooms with den and is direct Gulf front. The magnificent view is of the Gulf and southwest coast of Florida stretching from Fort Myers Beach to North Naples. Beachcomber, like many Gulf front condominiums on Sanibel, received damage from hurricane Ian. The damage to B302 has been remediated and the condominium associations contractor is completing their work. Their responsibility is to bring it back to a “white box”. The plumbing and electrical system have been roughed in and the drywall has been hung. The owner is replacing the sliders and windows with impact glass. The elevator is currently being worked on, scheduled to be completed in February. The exterior of the buildings have been painted, roofs are all 100% and work is underway on the landscaping, which should make it better than ever. The condominium contractor should have his work completed soon and the condo owners can bring their subs in to finish the individual units. It’s a blank canvas, awaiting a new owner to finish as they desire.
